Pondicherry Returns Policy
We at Pondicherry want you to be happy with your shopping experience, and we stand behind our high quality merchandise! Therefore, if for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, we are happy to refund or offer store credit within 14 days of your online purchase.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for all returns. We will reply with an RMA # within 24 hours to begin the process of the return.
- Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
For A Full Refund
- Items must be unused, unassembled, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, complete with all tags, boxes, pouches, instructions, and inserts. The returned items must be in the same new condition as when received.
- All items must be packed with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted.
- Return packages must reach our facility no later than 14 days from the date you placed the order.
- When you return the item, please send the item at your own cost along with a copy of your invoice receipt. We recommend sending returns by the USPS, Fedex, or UPS so that you can track and insure your shipment against loss or damage.
- Pondicherry cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged on return transit.
Store credit is issued under the following criteria:
- Return packages that are postmarked after 14 days from the date that you placed the order.
- Return of sale and/or clearance items.
No refunds or store credit will be issued under the following conditions:
- Items in used, worn, or damaged condition.
- Items returned 60 days after purchase.
- Items sent by Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)
- Items that are lost in the mail. Pondicherry cannot be held responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.
